Meet Your Mentor
I’m Kami Harris—a certified teacher, certified life coach, and 20-year homeschool mom. I’ve taught hundreds of youth ages 12+ using the Leadership Education model, and I train mentors across the country through the Leadership Education Mentoring Institute.
My superpower? Helping co-op leaders like you create unforgettable classes rooted in truth, purpose, and connection.
Course Details
12-Week Online Mentor Training
- Schedule: 2 sessions/month (September–November & February–April)
- Can’t make a session live? While consistent attendance is strongly encouraged to get the most out of the experience, recordings will be available for any sessions you may need to miss. We understand that life happens—and we’ve got you covered.
- Session Length: 1 hour and 45 minutes each
- Cost: Only $347 Register by August 1 and receive a free one-hour one-on-one mentoring session to support you as you create your project.
- Bring a friend! For each person you refer who registers, you both receive $20 off.
- Minimum of 10 participants required—this training is interactive and community-based. The more voices at the table, the richer the experience.

- Each session includes a beautifully designed handout that builds on the last—by the end of the course, you’ll have a complete, customized workbook full of tools, templates, and mentoring insights you can refer to again and again.
- Access to a private WhatsApp group for support and collaboration for the length of the class

- Official Mentor Certification upon completion of course requirements.
