I help high-achieving Latter-day Saints move from pressure and striving into rest, regulation and quiet confidence in Christ.
Resting in Christ Instead of Striving
You were never meant to live under constant inner pressure.
And yet—even a faith-filled life can start to feel exhausting when your system is always “on.”
Does This Sound Familiar?
- You wake up already feeling behind—carrying pressure before the day even begins.
- You look capable on the outside, but inside you feel tense, self-critical, or on edge.
- You swing between holding everything together… and wanting to collapse from the effort.
- You’re doing “all the right things,” yet peace feels just out of reach.
- You quietly wonder, “Why can’t I rest—even when I believe in Christ?”
Whether you’re juggling family life, leadership, homeschooling, work, or service—you’re not alone.
Many faithful Latter-day Saints live with a quiet inner strain they rarely talk about.
The Real Problem Isn’t You—It’s the Power Source
Most high-functioning people try to fix inner pressure by praying harder, organizing better, or pushing through with more discipline.
But striving doesn’t create rest.
The issue isn’t your faith or your devotion.
It’s that your mind, emotions, and nervous system have learned to live in a state of constant alert—so rest can feel out of reach.
What you need isn’t another standard to meet.
It’s a steadier internal foundation—one rooted in emotional regulation, nervous system support, and a Christ-centered identity.
When your inner world learns how to settle and feel safe, everything begins to change.
Imagine This Instead:
- You wake up with a calmer body and clearer mind—not a sense of pressure.
- You move through your day with steadiness instead of constant self-monitoring.
- Your faith feels lived and embodied—not something you’re trying to live up to.
- You know how to shift from overwhelm into presence using practical nervous system tools.
- You trust yourself—because your worth is anchored, not constantly questioned.
- Your relationships feel more connected because you’re no longer leading from depletion.
- And when hard days come (because they still will), you don’t spiral—you recover with resilience and grace.
This is what resting in Christ can actually feel like.
Hi, I’m Kami.
For many years, I lived as a high-functioning, woman who looked capable on the outside—but carried a lot of pressure on the inside. I love Jesus Christ deeply, trusted the gospel, and wanted to do what was right.
And then I hit a season when what had always worked… no longer did.
I realized that faith alone hadn’t taught me how to steady my emotions, calm my nervous system, or release the inner striving I’d carried for years. But when I learned to partner with my nervous system—and create a grounded sense of safety in my body—the power of mindset tools and emotional processing multiplied. As I began to weave those tools with gospel truths, everything started to shift. I moved from pressure to peace, from striving to rest.
Now, I help high-achieving Latter-day Saints do the same.
I bring together:
- Years of experience mentoring and guiding others
- Extensive background in teaching, coaching, and leadership
- Formal training in mindset work, emotional regulation, and nervous system resilience
- A Christ-centered approach that honors faith, agency, and the body’s need for support
I help people who want to live their faith without burning themselves out—so they can stop striving and begin resting, trusting, and living with more peace.
Here’s How I Can Help
Moving From Inner Pressure to Peace
Feeling capable on the outside, but tense on the inside? I help you understand the energy that fuels striving—and how to return to calm, clarity, and rest through Christ-centered nervous system support, so peace becomes your foundation, not your pursuit.
Rebuilding Self-Trust (Without Lowering Your Standards)
Are you measuring your worth based on your output? I help you reconnect with your true identity anchored in Christ, so you can lead your life, family, and callings in wholeness.
